Day 11

Saturday (yesterday) was day 11.  Early morning we hiked the entire rim trail around the park (about 3 hours) and revisited the spectacular sites and canyon vistas here at Dead Horse Point State Park.
After showering we loaded Isabelle into the car and did a "drive through" of Canyonlands National Park. The NP entrance is only 15 miles from our campsite so we had to check it out.
Too hot again (mid 90's) to get out of the car.

All of this Canyonland area of Utah is like a smaller version of the Grand Canyon, and in fact is the beginning of the Grand Canyon only not as deep or as vast but nonetheless "incredible".
