Drove into town to buy beer, wine, and liquor but no alcohol sales allowed on Sundays - same as Indiana.
While there we decided to look up Dave & Kim Boger (Dave used to be food & beverage manager at Elcona). They have a B&B "Cali Cochitta" in Moab (moabdreaminn.com) and some rental cottages named "3 Dogs & a Moose". They run a very clean and "cool" operation.
Moved on to Arches National Park for a drive through. Really not a good way to visit a National Park but we had left Isabelle in the RV at the campsite (with the A/C running) and had about a 5 hour limit on leaving her alone. Had to rush the trip but it was a revisit as we had been there in 2006 with time to explore - today was just a reminder of how great it is. Regretted we could not do more today but our RV was over 30 miles away and if something happened to our A/C Issy would have been toast!
Went back to the canyon Point here at Dead Horse Point for another sunset, and got there a little earlier than Saturday for some better sunset shadows on the canyon walls. All of the pictures taken on this day were with Jim's cell phone as the camera was dropped and is history!
Off to Great Basin National Park tomorrow. Not sure what internet or cell service will be like.
