It did rain most of the night last night and was very windy, but we had such a good day yesterday (Sunday), that last night's and today's weather was not expected.
Left Rock Springs, Wyoming this morning at 9:00am - good early start and the rain had stopped - but it was 42 degrees and up to 45 mph wind gusts. Things changed in a short time for the worse as we drove through the rest of Wyoming.
Drove 430 miles to Ogallala, Nebraska. Not an exciting destination but a place to get off of the interstate and in for the night. Having white chicken chili for dinner; seems like the right thing to do.
Our drive is best described by the following pictures all taken from the RV on I-80 as it was too cold and wet to get out!
